Every modern software company has converged on subscription pricing because it's better for them. We don't think it's better for the buyer. A small business should be able to buy accounting software once and own it. A nonprofit should be able to buy meeting-management software once and not have to budget for it every year. A church or club should be able to run on a $200 program for a decade instead of paying $200 a month for a decade.

So that's what we build.

Rob Francis is the developer. The portfolio includes FreshLedger Pro (accounting), BoardroomHQ (board governance), VolunteerDesk (volunteer scheduling), CrewClock (timeclock), RinkOps (ice arena operations), EstateSafe Pro (estate management), and a handful of others. Every product is one-time-purchase. Every product runs locally or on the customer's own Supabase instance — we are never in the middle of your data.

Email support@buyappsonce.com. We are a small shop with a single developer, so response time is best-effort — usually within a business day. We do not have phone support. We do not have live chat. If you need 24/7 enterprise support, we are not the right vendor, and that's fine.
